Job Description:

  • Manage on-boarding operations process
  • Take care of all Merchant related documents and contracts
  • Tracking on revenue collection, work closely with Finance team and Merchants
  • Ensure the accuracy of the merchant information and promotion deals 
  • Must understand the backend system
  • Coordinate with Product Manager, Project Manager, Operation team, and legal team
  • Have problem solving skills, service mind, friendly, and like working with people
  • Fast response to any problems that occur in everyday
  • Initiate the on-boarding process and solve any problem that occur during the daily operations
  • Create report and analysis data for process improvement

 

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years work experience from IT, Application, Start up field or any related industry
  • Education Bachelor degree in operations management or any related field.
  • Familiar with e-payment application
  • Able to communicate in English
  • Has legal knowledge is a plus
  • Able to adapt to fast-paced start-up environment
  • Good knowledge in Microsoft Excel
  • Demonstrated ability to learn fast, handle multiple tasks, to prioritize those tasks and meet deadlines
