• Job Description:

    • Lead, manage and coach the team more than 100 agents both temporary and permanent
    • Set the clear goals and targets which align with the business and company goals
    • Monitor and detect the routine problem to ensure the smooth transaction
    • Analyse data insights and market trends to build product strategy, key business initiatives and to develop future strategies
    • Design and/or developed end-to -end operation process
    • Prioritize tasks based on urgency and importance.
    • Develop and maintain business knowledge among team members by suitable training
    • Listen to team members' feedback and resolve any issues or conflict on a daily basis
    • Create reports or dashboards to monitor team performance
    • Coordinate with different company internal team
    • Create an inspiring team environment
    • Other job as assigned by reporting manager

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Economic, or related fields
    • At least 4 years experiences in managing and leading the large team member
    • Experience in business analysis, operational process improvement, project management and business planning
    • Good data analysis, strong sense of business and able to make judgement base on logical reasons
    • Good Analytical, Leadership, high problem - solving skill
    • Good communication and presentation skill
    • Fast learner, able work well under pressure & handle multiple tasks, able to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
    • Good command in written and verbal communication skills - English
    • Experience in food delivery, Fin tech, eCommerce is a big plus
    • Experience working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
