Job Description

1. Strategic Planning

  • Analyze stats in order to understand trends and driver’s needs & wants 
  • Benchmark and compare the privileges provided to drivers by other food delivery platforms
  • Plan and propose ideas to make attractive campaigns / provide superior perks for better driver’s experience, and propose to supervisor and validate the possibility
  • Shortlist the targeted business partners and prepare for matchmaking
  • Prioritize tasks based on urgency and importance

2. Partner Development

  • Approach business partners to pitch ideas, collaborate, and follow through until a partnership can be established
  • Propose mutual win solutions for drivers and business partners
  • Identify business opportunities, create solution and fact-based value proposal, negotiate and close deals
  • Maintain close relationships with existing partners such as schedule a meet up section and propose collaboration campaigns

3. Coordination

  • Communicate business requirements/terms to legal team to revise contract according to each business model
  • Work in coordination with marketing team and partners to do marketing
  • Make sure the IT integration is as per system requirements and to be completed in time
  • Coordinate with finance team to ensure the correct settlement and reconciliation processes
  • Coordinate with team designers to create supporting materials
  • Acknowledge CS team for the procedure of potential issues regarding particular service

Requirement

  • Bachelor degree or higher in Business Administration, majoring in Financial Management or Business Management or related fields
  • 3-5 years of experiences in Business Planning and Development
  • Good command of English in written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical skill
  • Strong presentation abilities.
