Job Description:

  • Lead team to create monthly and quarterly media budget and content plan for both ShopeePay Offline Payment
  • Oversee team to create creative content and messages to promote products and campaigns via external media, including, out-of-home media, Facebook ads, Google ads, and offline media, e.g., point of sales materials and merchandise
  • Manage and evaluate media performance
  • Communicate and coordinate across internal and external teams
  • Manage overall user feedback and collect user satisfaction from external media to improve overall media performance

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration and related fields, preferably in Digital Marketing, Communications, Marketing, Business or New Media
  • 3-5 years work experience in related fields (e.g. e-commerce, consulting, tech)
  • Experience in media budget management or media planning for at least 3 years
  • Strong leadership and team management skill and understand big picture overview and direction
  • Strong critical thinking and able to plan and do business and budget justification
  • Strong TH/EN language with creative mindset and have sense of pattern & cause and effects
