• In charge of on-ground execution and implementation of ShopeePay projects to assigned hubs/locations
  • Manage strategies and results for ShopeePay projects
  • Responsible for ensuring metrics are consistently met
  • Serve as the main resource point on the ground for all ShopeePay related concerns and ensure they are addressed
    Constantly liaise with respective region leads and management to identify drivers of key operational issues on assigned hubs/location and develop improvement plans


  • Bachelor’s degree in any course with excellent academic background
  • 1-2 years work experience in operations or customer-facing roles
  • Basic tech and Google Suite skills
  • Self-starter, highly resourceful, “hands-on” background with strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage and mobilize stakeholders
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Willing to travel to across different locations in the Philippines
