Job Description:

  • Build strategies for the Online Payments team in acquiring key partners and growing ShopeePay utilization for 3rd party online merchants
  • Manage the profitability of the business line, including forecasting of projections, monitoring of projects, and ensuring that all initiatives meet financial targets
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to facilitate end-to-end processes for commercial agreements, integration, onboarding, payments & settlements, and customer support
  • Engage with regional counterparts to align on cross-country strategies and partnership targets
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team in developing strategies to increase customer retention, grow monthly transactions, and increase overall awareness for ShopeePay 

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in business, management, or marketing. An MBA is a plus
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, account management, sales, or consultancy
  • Preferred Industry Backgrounds: Multinational FMCG, Management Consulting, Telecommunications, E-Commerce, Fintech
  • Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English
  • Experience in managing a high-performing team
