Job Description:

  • Responsible for generating and acquiring high value merchants to join ShopeePay’s network
  • Ideate, execute and track new initiatives to acquire new merchants for ShopeePay
  • Source merchant leads to engage for business development pipeline
  • Manage various stakeholders both internal and external and work closely with Account Management and Operations team
  • Consistently meet target KPIs, generate and analyze data, create presentations and updates
  • Responsible for managing relationship with merchants after acquisition including supporting the onboarding process for these sellers
  • Provide market insights from merchant’s perspective, including understanding products, sellers, market & competitor dynamics


  • Has a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management or any relevant study
  • Minimum two (2) years of relevant experience in sales or business development 
  • Strong problem solving, presentation and communication skills
  • Strategic thinking on how to acquire new merchants
  • Resourceful, able to adapt to various situations, and teachable
  • Possesses high level of accountability
  • Good negotiation skills
  • Go-getter yet humble attitude
  • Must be willing to go on field meetings with clients
