Job Description:

  • Support social media analytics and content recommendations across ShopeePay social platforms
  • Pull metrics for Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok and others utilizing native platforms and social media aggregation tools
  • Provide data-driven, actionable insights and recommendations for improving social media engagement, acquisition, retention and conversion across all channels
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to provide insight and recommendations about social media campaigns
  • Develop and maintain automated reporting templates, leading creation of social media metrics reports
  • Present and report complex information to a diverse crowd of stakeholders on a regular basis
  • Evaluate market conditions and competitor data to identify emerging trends and to recommend learnings and action points to optimize results
  • Support additional projects as requested

Requirements:

  • Bachelor or Master’s degree in digital marketing, business, marketing, data analytics, engineering, or related field of study
  • Min. 2 years of work experiences in areas of social media analyst or digital media analyst role preferred
  • Experience with social media analytics with good data visualization skills
  • Knowledge of social media KPIs and all native platform analytic tools
  • Familiar with data tools such as Socialbakers, Talkwalker etc.
  • Strong analytical and logical reasoning skills
  • Reliable and good team player who enjoys a fast-paced and iterative environment
  • Ability to be innovative strategically and operationally
  • Humble and flexible person with "CAN DO" attitude
  • Good command in written and verbal communication skills - English.
