Daily Operation Monitor
• Actively monitor partners’ and banks’ system.
• Identify and alert related department to take immediate action in case there is any issue that may affect our user experience.
• Check and return final results of pending transactions (cash in/out; digital product orders, etc.)
• Handle and solve cases escalated by CS team.
• Liaise with Shopee and NOW Operations/CS team to maintain seamless service.
UAT and Bug identify:
• Identify bugs on App and system, and report to related departments (Product Management; Developer, etc.) for investigation and follow up until issue is fixed.
• Identify operational and structural weaknesses and help improve existing or develop new processes to keep the team as efficient as possible.
• Arrange Working Schedules for staffs as well as allocate tasks among the team.
• Create SOP within team and cross-teams to improve productivity.
• Review team member’s performance.
• Keep the team updated with new features and current issues.
• Hold weekly meeting, report pain points and recommend solutions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field with at least 2 years as leader role
- Good analytical and communication skills
- Have good English to work with Product/Dev
- Good Leadership skill
- Prefer candidates with at least 1 year experience in managing a team of at least 5 members
