Job Description

  • Responsible for onboarding enterprises, including conducting due diligence on new and existing partner accounts
  • Oversee, improve and standardise sales operations and processes of sales teams to maximise the efficiency of the team
  • Coordinate with all related parties such as Customer Service, Finance and Legal, to implement sales operations effectively and efficiently
  • Work closely with Business Development team to ensure smooth onboarding of enterprise partners to facilitate easy working relationship
  •  

Requirements:

  • At least 6 months experience in fintech particularly in merchant acquisition
  • Familiar with checking government documents of different business types
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and similar programs
  • Familiar with CRM tools (e.g Salesforce)
  • Strong attention to detail 
  • Comfortable with conducting in-person briefings at client’s workplace as well as shifting schedules; may be required to work on weekends and/or holidays 
  • Flexible to do ad-hoc tasks
