Job Description:

  • Facebook Ads Experience is a MUST HAVE
  • Manage strategy and setup of all paid campaigns
  • Ensure campaigns are optimized for the highest conversion rate possible.
  • Measure and optimize paid marketing using Ads managers, dashboard, and Google Analytics
  • Install and manage Facebook pixels
  • Provide reports for Ads Campaigns
  • Handle budgets and forecasting/reporting results
  • Stay up to date with digital marketing trends and technologies including paid search (Google AdWords, Facebook, IG, Twitter and Youtube)


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications or Marketing
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in leading and executing social media strategies across multiple platforms (Facebook, IG, Twitter, YouTube etc.) and/or experience in digital marketing, brand marketing or communications planning/execution
  • Strong interest in creating creative content is a must
  • Proven ability to lead, plan, develop, and implement content and campaign projects
  • Strong desire to keep up to date on technology trends, as well as understand their impact to business and strategy
  • Humble and flexible person with "CAN DO" attitude
  • Good command in written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Demonstrate ability to prioritize multiple projects, work under pressure, and meet multiple deadlines
