Job Description:

  • Assist with the expansion of credit business in regional markets by liaising with local business, marketing and operation teams
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to understand consumer trends, product structures, pricing and macro strategies
  • Assist in handling Profit & Loss (P&L) and customers to increase conversion rates and product usage
  • Conduct data analysis of key performance metrics and suggest improvements to drive continuous business growth
  • Strategise portfolio segmentation and optimise portfolio profitability while achieving business scale goals

Requirements: 

  • Currently studying in a recognised university
  • Prior experience in consulting, analytics, banking and finance is preferred but not required
  • Builder mindset, strong problem-solving skills in quantitative analysis/modelling
  • Adopt a structured approach to solving problems
  • Proactive, can-do attitude; able to work effectively with those internal and external stakeholders
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Excel and SQL
  • Ability to demonstrate a high level of verbal and written English and another Asian language (Mandarin, Bahasa Indonesia, Bahasa Melayu, Thai, Vietnamese, Tagalog) to coordinate with internal stakeholders across our local offices
