Job Description:

  • Performance marketing focusing on analyzing and optimizing owned media effectiveness such as in-app homepage banner, popup, floating icon, push notification and other media assets within our app
  • Responsible for end-to-end data tracking, performance monitor and performance analysis
    Develop performance tracker and dashboard
  • Identify key success factors on in-app assets and provided insightful optimization plan to maximize traffic and engagement to increase media effectiveness (impression, click, CTR% and conversion)
  • Plan monthly schedule for owned media in order to support the campaigns and promotions
  • Liaise and coordinate with all stakeholders across multiple departments within the company to ensure effective implementation of the initiatives or solutions.
  • Regularly review and analyze key commercial/marketing metrics on a daily basis to drive continual optimization and improve media efficiency
  • Report business progress with quantitative data regularly
  • Support new media project and other special projects as requested

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor or Master’s degree
  • Work experiences either in areas of internet/e-wallet marketing, retail or FMCG marketing, management consulting, or has strong passion for e-wallet industry
  • Strong analytical (proficiency in Microsoft Excel) and logical reasoning skills
  • Strong executional abilities (bias for action), project management and cross-functional stakeholder management
  • Strong work ethics and performance-driven
  • Excellent communication skills in both written and verbal format in Thai and English
  • Reliable and good team player who enjoys a fast-paced and iterative environment
  • Ability to be innovative strategically and operationally
