Job Description:

  • Project-based role focusing on launch strategy, end-to-end management, and execution of ShopeePay’s new feature initiatives to drive user acquisition and transactions via buyer features e.g. money transfer, money top-up
  • Develop effective marketing strategies and plans to communicate product features and promotional activities to attract new users
  • Responsible for campaign initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and evaluation
  • Liaise and coordinate with all stakeholders to ensure effective implementation of the project plan
  • Regularly review and analyze key performance metrics to drive new adoption leveraging ShopeePay features
  • Be the ‘voice of customer’ to refine feature launches with product managers in order to improve user flow, user interface and functionalities
  • Report business progress with quantitative data regularly
  • Support other special projects as requested

 

Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree from a recognized university
  • Work experiences either in areas of product and features marketing, product management, online marketing, management consulting, or has strong passion for e-wallet industry
  • Strong executional abilities (bias for action), project management and cross-functional stakeholder management
  • Strong analytical (proficiency in Microsoft Excel) and logical reasoning skills
  • Strong work ethics and performance-driven
  • Excellent communication skills in both written and verbal format in Thai and English
  • Reliable and good team player who enjoys a fast-paced and iterative environment
  • Ability to be innovative strategically and operationally
