Job Responsibilities: 

  • Work with Business teams to understand the business requirements and further enrich with
  • Review the solution/design documents from Product teams to ensure alignment with
    business requirements, and translate into UAT scope
  • Develop overall UAT strategy and be responsible for project managing concurrent multi-
    functional UAT for the digital bank, as well as ensuring timely delivery
  • Collaborate with multiple UAT cross-functional stakeholders and ensure alignment of UAT
    scope, results and sign off expectations
  • Drive activities throughout UAT planning and execution to go live, including UAT test
    environment readiness, tracking of defects and fixes, as well as live verification
  • Lead a team of UAT testers to develop test cases based on the business requirements, manage the execution and validate test results
  • Provide prompt updates on testing progress and clear escalation of potential risks to the
    Business Leads, ensuring proper documentation of the end to end UAT progress until go live
  • Ideate and propose ways to constantly improve UAT efficiency


  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Commerce, Accounting or Business equivalent
  • Possess at least 5-8 years of experience in leading UAT projects in financial institutions
  • Ability to quickly understand business requirements and build subject matter expertise of
    customer journeys, business processes and relevant systems
  • Technically strong, able to understand systems and database architecture
  • Good stakeholder management and communication skills
  • PMP Certification is a bonus
