Job Description:

  • Develop B2B deals and packages that drive the acquisition of new accounts and ensure their retention
  • Responsible for pitching ShopeePay B2B service to enterprise clients and developing a partnership package that meet their needs 
  • Acting as the main point of contact between your key accounts and internal teams
  • Responsible for onboarding enterprises, including conducting due diligence on new and existing partner accounts
  • Continuously maintain a strong relationship with enterprise partners
  • Communicating and collaborating with the marketing, operations, and other internal departments to ensure that accounts’ needs are met
  • Compiling reports on account progress, goals, and forecasts for account teams and stakeholders
  • Developing a thorough understanding of key accounts' needs and requirements and preparing customized solutions
  • Negotiating contracts with key enterprises and meeting established deadlines for the fulfillment of each client's long-term goals

 

Requirements:

  • Proven past experience in key account management
  • The ability to build rapport with key accounts and handle multiple accounts efficiently
  • Strong negotiation and leadership skills
  • Exceptional communication and customer service skills
  • Comfortable working with data and reports
