Job Description 

  • Perform first level basic troubleshooting escalated by CS or Internal Teams
  • Escalation of issues and request to relevant parties and following up until issues are closed
  • Record events and problems into issue management tool

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher from a reputable university with outstanding academic achievement
  • At least 1 year of experience of IT production Support Role
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Self-starter with strong sense of curiosity.
  • Can-do attitude and strong sense of integrity and responsibility.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
  • Have basic knowledge in IT (web, mobile, software, network)
  • Willing to work in shift and extended hours if required
