Job Description:

  • Assist in defining the compliance framework and policies related to regulatory compliance
  • Formulate strategy to manage compliance risks and comply with local regulations
  • Highlight new/current regulations and provide advisory on local regulations to business and management and help operationalize business SOPs
  • Review marketing materials, regulatory breach register, customer complaints, among others to ensure compliance with relevant regulations
  • Provide Regulatory Compliance (refresher and new hires) training as required

 

Requirements:

  • 3 to 6 years of Regulatory Compliance experience in a Bank with Philippine operations, or similar years of experience in the Compliance Risk practice of a professional services firm.
  • With strong working knowledge of Philippine Banking laws and regulations
  • Experience with establishing and maintaining working relationships with external parties and regulators
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high intensity work environment
  • Strong academic background
  • Proficiency in English written and verbal communication
