Job Description:

  • Lead all aspects of Operations and ensure delivery of all Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
  • Establish and monitor the implementation of internal and external controls across all Operations processes, with appropriate escalation and resolution of identified issues
  • Manage exception handling for out of system processes, as necessary
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize operational system and procedures
  • Oversee the operational aspects of cross-functional projects from feature design until completion
  • Partner with relevant Subject Matter Experts to ensure that Operations processes and systems adhere to relevant laws and regulations

 

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of Operations/Service Delivery experience in a Banking/Financial Services company
  • Outstanding problem solving skills with demonstrated ability identify process and/or systems issues and drive resolution
  • In-depth of knowledge and involvement in the business to help design and execute solutions to support business requirements
  • Able to help coach and guide new colleagues and introduce expert-based capabilities and knowledge within the team
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high intensity work environment
  • Strong academic background and people management skills
  • Proficiency in English written and verbal communication
