Job Description:

  • Will be supporting ShopeePay's QR business 
  • Responsible for establishing and maintaining good working relationships with key accounts’ decision makers or representatives
  • Know the details and drivers of assigned merchants and responsible for the merchant’s growth and performance on ShopeePay 
  • Manage merchant campaigns, promoting payment vouchers, and ensuring marketing support
  • Understand data points to provide insights to brands regarding payment performance 
  • Assist in troubleshooting merchant problems and providing actionable proactive solutions to potential issues
  • Provide in-depth insight on assigned merchants to Business Development team/ Team lead to execute overall strategies in line with team goals

 

Requirements:

  • Have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Management or any relevant study
  • With minimum two (2) years of relevant experience in key account management
  • Able to multitask and prioritize different projects
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Outstanding presentation skills
  • Process-oriented and logical
  • Practices a high level of confidentiality
  • Strong team player and a capable individual contributor
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint
