Job Description:

  • Act as a key point of escalation for front-line issues/concerns (user validation, customer service, collection)
  • Monitor and identify high risk transactions within the business portfolio.
  • Observe customer transactions to identify fraudulent activity such as account take over, seller cash out, group fraud and similar other risks.
  • Monitor constantly customer and transactional records to identify unauthorized transactions and fraudulent accounts.
  • Determine existing fraud trends by analyzing accounts and transaction patterns.
  • Conduct investigation on flagged transactions or accounts
  • Provide innovative recommendation and controls processes (preventive and mitigating) based on the outcome of the fraud related issues or investigations
  • Collaborate with business units to initiate additional validation checks to spot unusual transactions or activities

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution in either Risk Management, Business Administration, Information Systems / Security or related field
  • At least 3 years work experience either in risk management, internal audit or fraud detection
  • Knowledge about risk management, anti-fraud, collections, credit bureaus, operational controls, and outsourcing risk management
  • Good level of English both spoken and written
  • Work experience from banking, financing, lending or FinTech companies
  • Can work independently with minimal supervision

  • Team spirit (being able to cooperate with colleagues including from other departments)
