Job Description:

  • Responsible for people topics involving career planning, performance management, data analysis, compensation and rewards, employee relations, learning and development, recognition programs, and strategic development, in a financial service unit of business
  • Responsible for regulatory practice required in HR operations, HR recruitment and HR onboarding, in a financial service business unit
  • Own HR Policies and their implementation. Handle the HR Audit and regulatory reporting and requirement
  • Build relationships with senior business leaders to offer thought, coordinate and execute on people-related project for business unit
  • Establish effective communication channels to ensure the smooth information flow and promote corporate culture and employee engagement



  • At least 3-5 years of HR experience in financial institutions
  • Good university degree
  • Strong communication skills
  • Highly motivated, energetic, positive working attitude and a quick learner
  • Able to work both with ambiguity and work independently
