Job Descriptions:

  • Conducting qualitative and quantitative studies to understand about ShopeePay’s pain points in the market.
  • Conducting competitor analysis and market trends to identify opportunities.
  • Giving feasible and applicable recommendations and insights for the business of ShopeePay.
  • Exploring and adapting new research practices to improve team’s effectiveness and speed.
  • Delivering the research findings to ensure a holistic view of our users and collaborate closely with stakeholders (e.g. Product, Design, Operations, Business Development).



  • 2-3 years of experience of market research experience.
  • Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Familiar with SQL is preferred.
  • Able to analyze and synthesize data from both quantitative and qualitative sources.
  • Good critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-starter with strong sense of curiosity.  
  • Experience in Payment Processing System/FinTech would be a plus.
