- Conducting qualitative and quantitative studies to understand about ShopeePay’s pain points in the market.
- Conducting competitor analysis and market trends to identify opportunities.
- Giving feasible and applicable recommendations and insights for the business of ShopeePay.
- Exploring and adapting new research practices to improve team’s effectiveness and speed.
- Delivering the research findings to ensure a holistic view of our users and collaborate closely with stakeholders (e.g. Product, Design, Operations, Business Development).
- 2-3 years of experience of market research experience.
- Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Familiar with SQL is preferred.
- Able to analyze and synthesize data from both quantitative and qualitative sources.
- Good critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Self-starter with strong sense of curiosity.
- Experience in Payment Processing System/FinTech would be a plus.
