Responsibilities

  • Acquire new customers from internal platforms and external channels, optimizing return on investment in the acquisition process
  • Handle existing customer management, increase conversion rate and product usage using campaigns and other effective tools
  • Optimize operation flows and build SOP for product operations
  • Improve user experience and product efficiency for greater customer satisfaction
  • Implement market research to understand trends, work closely with risk, IT and other teams to form business planning and drive sustainable growth
  • Responsible for credit product management; design financial features such as pricing, repayment plan, revolving credit and so forth
  • Manage P&L for credit products, analyse data and recommend improvement areas, work with cross-functional teams to rollout improvement plans
  • Strategize portfolio segmentation and optimize portfolio profitability while achieving business scale goals

 

Requirements

  • A degree from a world-recognised university with good academic credentials
  • 2-8 years of work experience required, preferably in areas of consumer/digital/ SME (small and medium-sized enterprises) lending, or similar retail financial products
  • Builder mindset, solid customer management experiences with reputable consulting firms, internet, fintech, banking or financial institutions
  • Strong data analytics skill is a must-to-have
  • Ability to develop good work relationships within and outside the company
  • Strong problem solving skills, proactive, to-do attitude and take initiative in action
  • Excellent communication skills, able to communicate clearly and concisely 
  • Ability to demonstrate a high level of verbal and written English and another Asian language (Mandarin, Bahasa Indonesia, Bahasa Melayu, Thai, Vietnamese, Tagalog) to coordinate with internal stakeholders across the region
