• Acquire new customers from internal platforms and external channels, optimizing return on investment in the acquisition process
  • Handle existing customer management, increase conversion rate and product usage using campaigns and other effective tools.
  • Optimize operation flows and build SOP for product operations
  • Improve user experience and product efficiency for greater customer satisfaction
  • Implement market research to understand trends, work closely with risk, IT and other teams to form business planning and drive sustainable growth


  • A degree from a worldly recognized university with good academic credentials
  • 2-8 years of work experience required, preferably in areas of consumer/digital lending, or similar retail financial products
  • Builder mindset, solid customer management experiences with reputable consulting firms, internet, fintech, banking or financial institutions
  • Strong data analytics skill is a must-to-have
  • Ability to develop good work relationships within and outside the company
  • Strong problem solving skills, proactive, to-do attitude and take initiative in action
  • Excellent communication skills, able to communicate clearly and concisely 
  • Ability to demonstrate a high level of verbal and written English and another Asian language (Mandarin, Bahasa Indonesia, Malay, Thai, Vietnamese, Tagalog)
