Job Description:

  • Define project governance structures and processes to ensure that projects are delivered in accordance to overall strategy and roadmap
  • Establish project lifecycle management framework and best practices to ensure work streams maintain discipline for successful project completion
  • Coordinate across Business and Product Management teams to ensure effective management and prioritisation of project resources
  • Provide support at different levels of project management including:
    • Coordinating activities, participating in key discussions and providing execution support where necessary across work streams
    • Driving regular cross-stream discussions to ensure alignment
    • Reporting key progress and updates at Project steering committee meetings
  • Monitor progress of work streams to ensure timelines and milestones are met, outstanding items are closed off, with timely escalation of potential roadblocks and delays
  • Assist with internal coordination and alignment for regulatory engagements
  • Work with Business to provide support in general business management

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree from a reputable local or overseas university
  • Possess at least 5 years of experience in project or program management for large scale projects
  • Knowledge of project governance frameworks and business process management
  • Ability to quickly understand complex discussions and grasp the critical issues to focus on
  • Ability to clearly identify cross-functional dependencies, escalate potential roadblocks and recommend effective actions
  • Good stakeholder management and effective communication skills to engage & influence across all levels
