The Opportunity

Seamless.AI is looking for an Enterprise Systems Manager who will be responsible for configuring and maintaining the sales and billing systems and their integrations. Oversee finance applications and integrations; Netsuite, Zone Payments, Stripe, Netsuite ERP, Celigo iPass and their connections to Salesforce and our database. This highly visible role ensures that enterprise systems and integrations between systems and databases and our CRM are meeting business needs.  As we are in the midst of a quote to cash transformation, it requires someone that can wear many hats; a blend of technical, financial knowledge, strong communication skills, and ability to execute tasks.

The Enterprise Systems Manager will partner closely with key leaders (VP of Business Operations, Chief Finance Officer, Chief Architect Officer, and the Chief Revenue Officer) to ensure that the enterprise financial systems are operating in accordance with sales and billing processes.  This position plays a crucial role in ensuring the seamless integration and efficient operation of payment processing within the NetSuite ERP environment.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the Quote to Cash process redesign/implementation/migration into a fully integrated environment involving Salesforce CPQ, NetSuite (ERP), Stripe Gateway, Zone Payments and Celigo iPass Revenue utilizing
  • As a NetSuite ZonePayments System Administrator, you will be responsible for configuring, maintaining, and optimizing the integration between ZonePayments and the NetSuite ERP platform and the CRM. 
  • Integrate ZoneBilling with other systems such as CRM, ERP, and payment gateways for seamless data exchange.
  • You will collaborate with stakeholders to ensure seamless payment processing within the NetSuite environment, address technical issues, and enhance system functionality to meet business requirements.
  • Provide training and support to users on payment processing workflows within the NetSuite/Zone, Zone Payments, and Ceiligo tools.
  • Provide training and support to users on ZoneBilling functionality, features, and best practices.
  • Address user inquiries, issues, and requests related to billing processes and system usage.
  • Develop and maintain documentation, user guides, and training materials.
  • The Manager of Enterprise Systems will lead a team of Salesforce System Admins and consultant teams we work with in addition to the sales operations individuals.
  • Ensure security and compliance with industry regulations and standards such as PCI DSS for payment processing and data handling
  • Collaborate with external partners, such as payment gateway providers, to optimize integration performance and reliability.
  • Develop and refine operational processes related to financial operations, enhancing system controls, automation, and integration to improve operational efficiency and accuracy
  • Liaise with ZoneBilling vendors and service providers to resolve technical issues and escalate support tickets.
  • Champion best practices in data management and system optimization to support the company's growth and market expansion efforts

Skillset

  • Ensure data synchronization between Salesforce, Zone/Netsuite, ZonePayments and NetSuite to maintain data consistency and accuracy.
  • Management or leadership experience a plus   
  • Proficient in all declarative automation including workflows, process builder, and flows
  • Strong Salesforce product knowledge and at least 2 years of Salesforce Administration hands-on experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud 
  • Understanding of sales processes and methodologies in B2B SasS organization
  • Experience in commission optimization/ improvement
  • Integrate NetSuite with other third-party applications and systems.
  • Manage data imports, exports, and migration processes.
  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency within NetSuite.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of mobilizing and aligning diverse stakeholder groups towards common objectives
  • Superior managerial and diplomacy skills.

Education & Requirements

  • Broad experience in additional revenue operations or finance systems
  • 2+ Salesforce Certifications out of the following: Admin, Advanced Admin, App Builder, Sales Cloud Consultant 
  • 3-4 years of experience administering and developing financial system and iPass / middleware tools
  • 2+ years experience with Netsuite and Netsuite Certified Administrator
  • Experience with implementing Celigo
