What You'll Do

The Concierge's expectations are to provide hotel guests with expert knowledge of the resort and off property activities and dining, support the guest relations operation , be a creator of ridiculously personal experiences, and develop relationships with guests that will compel them to return!

Some of your responsibilities include:

  • Provide expert knowledge and personalized experiences to all guests at the concierge desk
  • Contact guests pre-arrival to assist with planning their stay
  • Support the guest relations operations and arrival experience
  • Run VIP reports and perform amenity assignments
  • Create ridiculously personal experiences for our guests
  •  

What You Bring

  • Hospitality degree is preferred
  • 1+ years of experience as a concierge, front desk agent, guest services professional or guest relations coordinator in a luxury 5 star resort is required
  • Excellent verbal and written communication is required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Flexible schedule, able to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
