Job Description:

  • Understand and keep abreast of the competitive landscape in payroll/deposits product strategy and roadmap, having a clear view of the positioning products against competitors.
  • Collaborate with partners across Regional and local teams to roll out new products/enhanced product features, including the articulation and prioritization of business requirements, review of technical build, setting up of operational support/processes, as well as following through of system implementation.
  • Grow and manage product P&L through pricing strategies, targeted acquisition and portfolio management.
  • Execute customer acquisition strategy to ensure the successful roll out of impactful campaigns.
  • Monitor product performance and propose changes in customer journeys/ features using a data-driven approach.
  • Maintain a high sense of ownership of deliverables and business outcomes.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of relevant working experience with preference in Corporate Banking/Cash Management/Payroll & HRIS system product roles, preferably from banking and financial services industry
  • Comfortable to work with numbers and data is a must 
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Must be self-starter and a quick learner, independent and flexible, with a demonstrated ability to self-motivate and follow-through on cross-functional projects
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced work environment
