Your Responsibilities:

  • Development of Audience Extension Strategies (Programmatic Buying based on Scout24 1st Party Data) – You fast forward our Data Driven Advertising Business)
  • Planning , building and optimization of Programmatic Advertising Campaigns for our customers through DSP (DoubleClick Bid Manager) as well as data based campaigns on Facebook and Linkedin (Audience Extension)
  • Negotiation of Private Deals and Preferred Deals with corporate german publishers
  • Testing of Targetings, Bidding Strategies, Deals and Creatives
  • Analysis of campaign results and deduction of distinct recommendations for following campaigns
  • Discover potential for optimization and scrutinize the Status Quo
  • Case Study creation for successful Audience Extension Campaigns for the Sales team
  • International expansion of our Audience Extension Strategy and operative implementation of international campaigns for Scout24 in the Netherlands, Austria, Italy, Spain and France
  • Building and maintenance of dashboards for our Data Driven Advertising Business

 Your Profile:

  • 2 - 3 years experience within Programmatic Advertising/Programmatic Media Buying
  • DSPs, especially DBM and Facebook Ads are your everyday business
  • Experience with Data Driven Advertising/Audience Targeting
  • Working and creation of reportings and usage of relevant metrics within Display Advertising
  • You are and Excel and Power Point crack
  • You are an analytical thinker and a number cruncher as well as strategic and communicative. We don’t ask for much.
  • You have an innovative and business driven working style
  • Result-oriented and structured is a plus for the job
  • Please be a Team Player
  • Without motivation and resilience this position will be a challenge
  • You are fluent in English and a good knowledge of German
