What we need from you:

Main point of contact for all team members of the Customer Care

 Leadership, motivation and support of the Customer Care Team

 Representation of the customer care area inside and outside the company

 Ensure the highest level of service and customer satisfaction

 Implementation and optimization of processes and structures

 Direct reporting to Customer Care Head

 Working closely together with other departments to identify trainings Need


What we need you to bring:

At least 3 years work experience within the field of Customer Care Management

 Excellent verbal and written communication skills

 Excellent service thinking

 Project management experience

 Creativity

 Management experience desirable

 Understanding of call centre technologies e.g. ACD, IVR, CRM systems desirable

 Experience with Salesforce is an advantage but not a must have

Fluent in German and English
