What we need from you:

  • First point of contact for business client groups of dedicated functions and Market Segments
  • Strategic partner for the top management regarding organization, leadership, talent & culture
  • Driver of seamless execution of HR Operations in all HR subjects with the goal to provide world-class service levels
  • Consult leaders on all aspects of HR for their respective groups
  • Coach leaders and high potentials to unleash potential and success
  • Act as change agent for the organization: detect needs for change and lead change as a role model

What we need you to bring:

  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in HR in a highly professional and dynamic environment
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to drive execution on a high level
  • Great communication skills & fluency in German and English
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity, tight timelines and conflicting priorities in a fast moving and constantly changing environment
  • Identification with and role modelling of our core values: agile, data driven, one team, winning
