To support our rapid traffic growth, we are looking for an analytic marketer to scale and optimize user acquisition across existing and future digital channels (paid and non-paid). The Senior Marketing Manager User Acquisition will own ImmobilienScout24’s general traffic budget and steer a team of channel managers/owners that span cooperation/affiliates, SEA, SEO, Display, Social, Content etc.

What we need from you:

  • Own the company's Online Marketing budget to drive sessions and new users and work out an according investment strategy in collaboration with our Online Marketing specialists
  • Optimize all entry points into our journey in collaboration with our UX team, especially the web home page & navigation plus the app installation experience, to decrease bounce rate and to increase day 1 retention
  • Take advantage of available user data and prove that we can increase our performance by providing a targeted and personalized experience to the different user segments
  • Work towards the optimal mix between engaging user on the web platform and encouraging them to switch to our apps (e.g. Smart banner, app indexing, deep linking)
  • Make sure (together with our Analysts) that we have a robust KPI reporting for the acquisition and activation topic and act as the main point of contact in terms of questions around our current performance
  • Be on top of the latest internet trends and evaluate how ImmobilienScout24 can take advantage of them to drive user growth
  • Work with our brand team on the creation of an effective upper funnel user growth strategy and ensure that our performance and brand oriented activities are well aligned
  • Lead the creation of the yearly User Acquisition budget + traffic forecast and pitch your strategy to the Executive Leadership team

What we need you to bring:

  • 5+ years experience in the world of digital media
  • A passion for user acquisition and a growth-hacker mindset that combines deep digital Marketing skills with tech and product savvy
  • The desire to own and drive a growing business together with a professional and enthusiastic team
  • Mastery over the metrics and best practices in Online Marketing
  • The ability to work out a strategy and break it down into actionable plans
  • Deep empathy which helps you to understand our users, work together in a cross-functional team, and keep stakeholders happy
  • Flexibility – you will be happy with constant change and able to create structure in a fluid environment
  • Strong communication skills —you will be equally comfortable presenting to C-level executives or explaining user context to an engineering team
  • Fluency in English, German is a plus
