The Head of Commercial Management Segment Developer is part of the leadership-team of a business unit (Market Segment) and drives the execution vs. the market.

What we need from you:

  • Drive Market Segment’s short-, mid- and long-term business strategy together with the leadership team of the market segment
  • Be responsible for the revenue planning, forecasting and delivery of all sales channels of the market segment together with the Head of Sales and Head of Customer Product
  • Create the Go-to-Market strategy (for new and existing products) and translate the Market Segment Roadmap into Communication and Sales approaches
  • Act as the voice of Sales within the Market Segment and act as the voice of the Market Segment to the Sales Management and the salesforce
  • Identify strategic and tactical optimization and customer potentials and develop and implement solutions (e.g. campaigns, process improvements etc.)

What we need you to bring:

  • University degree in business administration, economics, marketing, communication or similar subjects
  • At least 5 years of professional experience in go-to-market, business development, strategy consulting or sales management, first leadership experience highly appreciated
  • experience in digital industry and optimally experienced in classified business models (sales, marketing)
  • Business fluent in spoken and written English and German
  • Passionate for teamwork and responsibility
  • Hands-on mentality and project-management skills
  • Distinct communication and cross-functional working skills
  • Very strong analytical skills and strategic thinking
  • Performance-based attitude
  • Self-driven personality and highly motivated
  • Assertiveness and resilience
