ImmobilienScout24 acquires a two-digit million number of new users cross-platform per month. This product management role is mission critical to the success of our vision by identifying new users and enabling us keeping our Consumers engaged with IS24. You will work closely together with the product managers of our Growth and Engagement teams across all market segments to improve the personalized Consumer Experience in our apps and responsive website. You are responsible for our Addressable Audience KPI and to leverage data-driven initiatives to fulfil the needs of our Consumers.

What we need from you:

  • Exercising the whole product management process: understanding market requirements, ideation and validation of new products and features, prioritizing of measures, prototyping and testing, implementation, definition of launch strategy, monitoring of success
  • Agile product development with cross-functional teams
  • Cherish our users and include their feedback into product development
  • Keep up with the latest online trends and let our products be inspired by them
  • Be obsessed with data: experiment and measure everything we develop and build datadriven

What we need you to bring:

  • 3+ years’ experience in online/mobile product management with a proven track record of successful projects, preferably consumer-focused
  • “Getting things done – fast” is your motto
  • Your strengths include analytical thinking and numerical reasoning
  • Comfortable in technical and legal discussions
  • You like to think outside of the box and are open for new impulses and ideas
  • You know, how to prioritize, and when to apply attention to detail, as well as when to make raw prototypes quickly
  • Be bold: dare something and learn from failure
  • You worked with tools like Jira, Google Analytics, MicroStrategy, Optimizely, Adobe CQ5
  • Business fluent English and German
