What we need from you:

As Scout24 is growing and has several exciting challenges to tackle, we are looking for an experienced  Talent Acquisition Manager - IT/Technology (m/f) with the ambition to find great people to go with us on this journey. You will have a green field and the freedom to bring in your own ideas in the way of attracting diverse tech talent from all over the globe. You would be leading several recruiting initiatives, including the following tasks:  

  • Work closely with hiring managers to drive recruitment efforts and provide guidance throughout the whole hiring process
  • Identify and source appropriate talent for current openings within the Scout24 Group
  • Manage the recruitment process and full life-cycle, including initial assessments, interviews, and offers
  • Assure a great candidate experience and guide the candidate on benefits, salary and corporate environment
  • Use social media platforms, sourcing channels, job boards and other technical means to source candidates for open jobs 
  • Leading projects after identifying the newest trends in recruiting and take them into action
  • Drive exciting projects related to topics such as Employer Branding, Talent Attraction or Recruiting Excellence

What we need you to bring:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, including experience managing multiple client groups
  • Experience in sourcing candidates actively via several online channels and a natural habit of building networks
  • Ability to maintain confidence and professionalism when leading others through ambiguous and complex situations; influence and negotiate diplomatically and fairly with a range of stakeholders
  • Able to rolemodel our values: one team, agile, data-driven, winning
  • Team player who takes ownership, acts with integrity and self-awareness
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client service skills; ability to clearly communicate in discussions, and to deliver regular updates and feedback clearly and tactfully
  • Fluency in English, additional German is a plus
