What we need from you:

As Scout24 is growing and has several exciting challenges to tackle, we are looking for a Senior Manager Organizational Development (m/f) with the ambition to drive change in Scout24 and build a sustainable new Orgmodel.

  • Ensure sustainability of change (org model / delegation of decision power to cross functional teams)
  • Coaching of players in the new model, overview of progress of org development
  • Help employees to succeed in this model (functional and leadership skills)
  • Co-Design roles and responsibilities in a new One Scout24 career path
  • Ensuring progress in learning by definition of learning needs, building of world class learning / training concepts
  • Selection of right partners
  • Management of Junior Manager and interns

What we need you to bring:

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in consultancy or a multinational company
  • Strong academic track record
  • Strong functional knowledge of Org Design, change management, learning & development
  • Strategic thinker who can visualize complex topics, Business acumen and orientation
  • Strong analytical skills and data driven
  • Pragmatic and result focused team player who takes ownership, acts with integrity and self-awareness
  • Integrative personality that can build trust with different stakeholders easily
  • Ability to maintain confidence and professionalism when leading others through ambiguous and complex situations; influence and negotiate diplomatically and fairly with a range of stakeholders
  • Able to rolemodel our values: one team, agile, data-driven, winning
  • Fluency in German and English
