What we need from you:

  • Translate the Market Segment Go-to-Market Roadmap into Sales approaches (e.g. campaign management, Rally’s, Incentives, CRM requirements, Sales Pitches)
  • Drives Market Segments‘ Business / Budget Planning Process
  • Develop and execute results driven segment strategies (campaigns) to realize upsell, acquire and retain potential
  • Act as the voice of Sales within the Market Segment and act as the voice of the Market Segment to the Sales Management and the salesforce
  • Provide salesforce performance and effectiveness information to the market segment (in collaboration with Sales [Process and Operations] Management)

What we need you to bring:

  • University degree in economics, marketing, communication or similar subjects
  • At least 5 years of professional experience in go-to-market or sales management
  • At least years of experience in the digital industry and optimally experienced in the classifieds business (sales, marketing)
  • Business fluent in spoken and written English, fluency in German is a plus
  • Hands-on mentality and project-management skills
  • Distinct communication and Cross-functional working skills
  • Very strong analytical skills and strategic thinking
  • Performance-based attitude
  • Self-driven personality and highly motivated
