What we need from you:

  • Lead the development of strategic communication campaigns focusing on CRM in mobile channels across the CRM-Marketing-team
  • Define key performance indicators for analyses and reports
  • Evaluate and analyze all activities and derive measures
  • Strategic development of cross-channel communication to achieve business goals
  • Inter-divisional project management in coordination with interdisciplinary teams
  • Manage and brief internal and external agents

What we need you to bring:

  • University degree in business administration or communication science or comparable, advertising- and promotion-related training
  • At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in Online-Marketing or E-Commerce field, preferably in email and mobile/push marketing
  • Experienced in managing agencies and external services
  • Very good analytical skills and business thinking
  • Excellent communication skills and confident handling different stakeholders
  • Expertise in working with cross-channel-systems like Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Independent and structured working manner, team spirit and hands-on mentality
  • Excellent written and spoken German and English, another language a plus
