As a Technical PPC Manager in the Paid Marketing Team, you are responsible for technical initiatives and projects to ensure our growth goals and enhance performance. In an agile environment you work with internal and external service providers with a focus on operative campaign management and work closely with our tech and data colleagues.


  • You are the first contact person for all technical topics within the PPC team
  • You act as an interface between the PPC team and the MarTech colleagues
  • Your tasks include the expansion of data-based campaigns, especially for Google and facebook incl. data feeds
  • You bring experience in scripts usage and customization, and continue to drive topics such as automation processes to increase efficiency
  • You are responsible for the strategic and technical development of our SEA accounts
  • You are responsible for the planning, execution & continuous analysis and optimization of our SEA campaigns
  • You are responsible for controlling and optimizing your budgets and actively participate in the budget planning process as well as forecasting
  • Manage relationship with external service providers, as well as close cooperation and consultation of our internal stakeholders, is part of your everyday business
  • You coordinate projects with our stakeholders to achieve the KPI goals
  • Monitoring & reporting of company-related KPIs to internal & external stakeholders as well as the preparation of presentations are included
  • Evaluate and test new measures, partners and tools
  • Help the team automate reports and create dashboards
  • You are in intensive communication with our partners like Google, especially on topics such as value integration, APIs and other MarTech topics
  • You are the ear to the market and bring new opportunities and trends into the team. Competition monitoring is your routine
  • Manage existing feeds and ensure the smooth management of feed-based campaigns


  • You have a degree (business administration, marketing, business informatics, etc.), or similar education in online marketing
  • You have a passion for Online Marketing & MarTech (datafeeds, tags, data queries)
  • You are an expert (m/w/d) in the campaign management of SEA campaigns with at least 3-4 years of experience in data-driven advertising and targeting
  • You have experience with tag / pixel integrations and you might already be using a tool like Google Tag Manager or Tealium
  • You have knowledge in SEA scripts usage and APIs
  • You may have knowledge of JavaScript, Python, and SQL
  • You have very good knowledge in the creative conception, planning, implementation and success measurement of online campaigns
  • Stay up-to-date and feel at ease in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment in which you constantly evolve
  • You have very good analytical skills and a very good understanding of numbers and are able to translate complex challenges into action
  • You work independently and responsibly with high quality standards
  • You are assertive, enthusiastic and have a teamplay mentality
  • You have a good working knowledge of relevant tools like Google Ads / GDN, Google Analytics
  • You have very good knowledge of English; German is a plus
