What we need from you:

  • As part of the Scout Controlling team further develop our qualitative and quantitative workforce Controlling
  • Conduct FTE and personnel cost planning, deviation analysis and define according guidelines, ensure that salary budget is in line with the overall budget, in collaboration with HR team, business and finance
  • Own and manage processes as an interface between HR, Controlling and Finance
  • Drive forecast, budget and strategic planning cycles for personnel related costs and KPIs
  • Support management with regards to headcount planning and insourcing/outsourcing business decision case
  • Ensure that reports, are produced at the right time, with high quality and with the right alignment
  • Further improve workforce reporting and dashboards ensuring a monitoring of key business HR indicators and metrics for our business
  • Monitor and manage regular reporting activities: ad hoc reports, headcount and FTE development, turnover, recruitment status etc.
  • Monitor organizational changes and ensure that they are in line with organizational requirements and internal reporting
  • Building new and better tools and processes for HR, Controlling and Executive Reporting


What we need you to bring:

  • University degree or equivalent, e.g. Business Administration
  • 5 years’ experience in equivalent positions
  • Expertise in Workday and Hyperion Financial Management are beneficial
  • Experience in MS-Office, especially Excel are mandatory
  • Profound understanding of correlating HR IT systems and data sources
  • Experience with design of HR dashboards and reporting of HR KPIs
  • Highly skilled in analytical thinking and structured way of working with an assertive personality
  • Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills to build strong relationships to all stakeholders
  • Resilient to implement new governance models and set standards
  • Solid understanding of HR organization, processes, systems and policies
  • Relevant experience of working in a fast-paced HR environment
  • Knowledge of External HR Controlling Methodology, Systems and Processes advantageous
  • Business fluency in English and German
