This is a key role within our company wide segment model, acting as an interface between product and marketing towards the data department. It Is ideal for someone who enjoys being in the midst of activities, always exploring new opportunities and new ways to help solve business issues from an analytical point of view.  You will be involved in working with cutting-edge technologies together with a big group of Analysts to drive data driven development at Scout24.   

 

Responsibilities and goals you own:

  • You are responsible to ensure and enable that the marketing & communication approach of Scout24 is data inspired and insights driven
  • You are passionate about driving brand, marketing and communication campaigns from an analytical side (e.g. campaign and performance reporting, attribution media modelling)
  • You generate business insights proactively to optimize marketing performance and corporate communication (e.g. ROI analysis)
  • You work with consumer and media data to help to understand customer behavior and to derive marketing and communication actions from those insights
  • You are the single point of contact for Marketing & Communication when it comes to data/insights related topics and are responsible for data and tool enabling
  • You independently interpret, execute and present marketing and data analytics projects 

Who will love this job:

  • You attained a business-related or similar degree program (statistics, mathematics, economics, business administration)
  • You have strong experience in SQL, BigQuery and a programming language (e.g. R and Python)
  • You have knowledge in web analytics (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and A/B testing)
  • You enjoy working with large amounts of data. You are able to acquire data from various databases and evaluate it using analysis software and your own criteria
  • You have a data-driven marketing mindset and a good understanding of brand and marketing strategy
  • You work independently, are passionate about data and able to work under pressure
  • You have very good communication skills as you interact as the interface between marketing/product and the data department
  • Fluency in English is required, German is a plus
