We are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager  (m/f/d) to help us scale our business growth by designing candidate journeys for different talent segments and create valuable touchpoints for the business and candidates along the hiring process.

Responsibilities and goals you own:  

  • Lead and iterate on the end-to-end recruitment process of your vacancies, including constant alignment with hiring managers on your talent strategy, segmenting talent markets and understanding talent career paths, creative sourcing approaches, deep diagnostic understanding and offer negotiations
  • Coach, and partner with your hiring managers to deliver and design an outstanding candidate experience and raising the bar by making the unbiased hiring decisions
  • Develop trusted relationships with your stakeholders by acting solution-oriented, humbled, curious and egoless
  • Use data driven metrics and analysis to solve recruiting problems and measure success by translating metrics data into useable insights
  • Foster and contribute to a collaborative way of working within our TA team that encourages knowledge sharing, learning and growing together to become the best global talent acquisition team
