theScore is looking for a Director, Product Management, Sportsbook with demonstrated success in consumer products to join our team. As an enthusiastic and entrepreneurial product leader, you will manage, innovate, and execute on product initiatives that focus on the sports betting experience in both ESPN BET and theScore BET.

In this role this product leader will take on challenges in a fast paced ever changing environment. This is a high impact, high visibility role that will impact key features, innovation and scale. It requires strong collaboration, leadership and agility to drive the development of a Tier 1 Sportsbook product.

About the Work

  • Driving continued growth of the Product Team through mentorship, developing best practices and continuous improvements targets
  • Executing on short-term but continuously developing and planning the long-term strategy when it comes to roadmap ownership
  • High level of collaboration with multiple stakeholders and team members
  • Utilizing learnings (data, process, feedback) from to past to facilitate forward thinking
  • Collaborating with the team to define KPIs - continuously tracking performance (quantitative and qualitative) of existing products; improving and iterating
  • Ensuring widespread awareness of the features/products launched and collaborating on GTM strategy and planning
  • Driving transparency and accountability when it comes to communication, product documentation and development process
  • Working closely with other partners to develop a strong comprehension of the competitive landscape and use it to drive roadmap prioritization
  • Test, understand and evaluate products your teams have built
  • Other duties as required

About You

  • 7+ years’ experience in product management
  • Must have experience managing and developing larger product teams
  • Excellent communications and people skills
  • Biased towards action, a great collaborator, a master simplifier, and constantly pushing toward clarity and delivery
  • Ability to provide quality input on product requirements and wireframes/designs in order to facilitate best possible solutions for business stakeholders needs
  • Strong passion for building highly quality user centric experiences leading with the aim of driving business outcomes
