To help us achieve our goal, we are seeking a Director, Real World Evidence eager to make an impact within a mission-driven organization.

The Director, Real World Evidence  is responsible for quarter over quarter growth in technology and platform bookings. This position is responsible for offering guidance and leadership to our strategic pricing teams, marketing teams, product teams and new business and strategic account teams. 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 

  1. Identify, target, and secure RWE business through professional, consultative, proactive sales
    activities to drive business
  2. Drive results through strategic business plan activities and relationship management, ensuring high
    levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty
  3. Maintain pipeline of new RWE business opportunities and accounts
  4. Collaborate with senior management and functional managers as needed
  5. Research and identify target markets, build relationships, perform in-depth presentations, strategic
    analysis, and execution of implemented plans
  6. Assist marketing team in lead generation efforts, message positioning, and conference and prospect
    development efforts
  7. Effectively leverage company resources/tools to maximize business results (marketing materials,
    speaker programs, regional trade shows)
  8. Develop and manage key cross-functional relationships, including senior leadership
  9. Work with management to drive the strategy, implementation, adoption and ensure efficiency in
    sales process

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS 

Qualifications  

  1. BS degree required, advanced degree preferred
  2. 5+ years of related industry experience
  3. In-depth knowledge of the pharmaceutical and biotech industries, real-world studies, and drug development and commercialization (strongly preferred)
  4. Demonstrated high degree of leadership skills that allow the individual to build relationships, communicate, and influence all levels of the organization and make positive change
  5. Proven track record of delivering results and meeting targets
  6. Proven track record of achieving/surpassing sales goals
  7. Expertise in creating, driving, and executing solutions by defining all elements from strategy to implementation
  8. Excellent strategic business/industry awareness and a thorough understanding of trends and impact on the business; ability to translate emerging industry trends relevant to the organization
  9. Demonstrated ability to evaluate and create opportunities, develop effective selling messages, presentations, and proposals
  10. Excellent skills using Microsoft Office Suite: MS PowerPoint, MS Word, and MS Excel
  11. Ability to communicate fluently in English (both verbal and written)
  12. Ability to travel 10-30% of time; domestic
