We’re seeking a highly motivated and experienced Transactional Attorney to join us in our mission to improve human health and quality of life through the development, distribution, and application of advanced computational methods.
Schrödinger is on the cutting edge of computer-aided drug discovery and materials science. Our software suites continue to revolutionize the design of therapeutics and materials; FEP+, WaterMap, Glide, Maestro, and LiveDesign are just a few examples of the programs we’ve created.
As a member of our Legal team, you’ll apply your relationship skills to the support for our technology business. Your initiative, determination, and focus will make you a key contributor to our business and corporate objectives.
What you’ll do:
Draft and negotiate SaaS, hosted software, and licensing transactions and IT agreements for vendors and clients
Manage SaaS and hosted software issues related to security, GDPR, and privacy
Work with internal stakeholders on product development and management
Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and maintain a top-of-the-line cybersecurity program
Draft and negotiate EULAs, MSAs and SOWs for our technology services
What you’ll need:
At least five years of relevant experience either in a law firm and/or in-house
Admission to practice law in the jurisdiction of your office location
