We’re seeking an Academic Curriculum Designer to join us in our mission to improve human health and quality of life through the development, distribution, and application of advanced computational methods.

As a member of our Education team, you’ll work with institutions of higher learning to develop and implement scientific curriculum plans that use Schrödinger software for teaching undergraduate and graduate science classes. This role will include designing lesson plans, curating course content, and aligning with national/international learning standards.

By showcasing our industry-leading software platform for a broad and diverse scientific audience, you’ll gain in-depth familiarity with our entire suite of small-molecule, biologics, and materials science software, which includes packages for docking, molecular simulations, homology modeling, pharmacophore modeling, cheminformatics, and ligand design.

What you’ll do:

  • Work with academics to enhance learning with molecular modeling
  • Create, update, and disseminate content for scientific lesson plans  
  • Stay informed about cutting-edge scientific research to keep educational materials pertinent and engaging
  • Work across an array of teams to collaborate on projects

What you should have:

  • Experience with designing higher-education curriculum
  • PhD in medicinal chemistry, organic chemistry, or a related field
  • Experience with using molecular modeling in education
