Job Description

As an Enterprise Account Executive, you’ll be at the forefront of our efforts to empower educational districts facing intense competition. Your success in this role not only fuels SchoolMint’s growth but ensures the resilience of our educational communities.

 

What You Will Do:

  • Develop and execute detailed territory plans to achieve goals and quotas.
  • Educate the market on the critical need for proactive student recruitment and enrollment, a burgeoning space within district strategies.
  • Drive new business through strategic engagement, from cold and warm outreach to exemplary presentations of our Strategic Enrollment Management solutions.
  • Nurture relationships with decision-makers in the nation’s largest districts, leveraging these connections for mutual growth and success.

 

About You:

  • Possess a Bachelor’s Degree and 5+ years of B2B SaaS or EdTech sales experience, preferably with a successful track record in large account sales.
  • A master of time management, communication, and presentation, with a strong preference for proficiency in Salesforce.com or similar CRM from day one.
  • Ready to travel 30-40% of the time to engage directly with your territory.
  • A team player, inspired by metrics and driven to contribute to SchoolMint’s success and culture.
