The Role We are seeking a talented individual to join our Capital Development & Investor Relations (CDIR) team as a Client Operations Associate. The Client Operations Associate will primarily assist with the operational aspects of CDIR and will report to the Director of Client Operations. The CDIR team’s core mandate is to help grow the firm’s capital base and provide exceptional client service to existing investors.
What you’ll do
Assist in the investor Operational Due Diligence (“ODD”) process, including managing the quarterly firm Due Diligence Questionnaire (“DDQ”) and customized investor DDQs
Attend investor ODD meetings/calls and manage all associated notes, processes, and follow ups
Work with the Fund Administrator and Fund Accounting teams to review investor capital activity and reporting
Manage operational client requests to ensure investor questions are addressed in a timely manner
Prepare capital activity and investor balance reporting and analysis for internal stakeholders
Liaise with Legal, Compliance, and Fund Accounting teams to assist with client onboarding and servicing
Assist with industry surveys and ad-hoc analysis for clients

3-5 years of financial services experience
Team player with a collaborative approach and a growth mindset
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail
Self-starter with exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills
Ability to take ownership of and multi-task across priorities to ensure successful and timely completion of deliverables
Capable of operating in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Poised and professional presence with the ability to readily contribute thoughts and perspectives
Experience and proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

The expected base pay range is based on information at the time this post was generated. Actual compensation for the successful candidate will be determined based on a variety of factors such as skills, qualifications, and experience.
