We are seeking a highly qualified Head of Employee Benefits to work in our Human Capital Management Team reporting into the Global Head of Human Capital Management. Our tagline is “Talent is our Strategy”, and in this role you will be responsible for developing and executing effective benefits strategies to reward and retain our exceptional talent in many different geographical regions. The ideal candidate will have a commercially focused approach and the ability to translate that capability to Human Capital oriented solutions through these programs. You will deliver compelling, innovative, and forward-thinking programs that balance business and employee experience. You will lead global benefits and wellness strategy in close partnership with the regional leads to establish a comprehensive plan that supports the attraction, retention, and engagement of our employees.
What you’ll do
This candidate will help conceptualize and implement a comprehensive global benefits plan. You will drive strategic planning, design, implementation, communication, and administration of benefits and wellness programs globally in a cost-conscious way. The ideal candidate will understand how to best equalize global nuances to establish a consistent plan and approach. The Global Head of Employee Benefits will benchmark activities across all areas of benefits and wellness to elevate and evolve our competitiveness to meet the changing landscape of total rewards. You will serve as the primary point of contact for benefits vendors, coordinate wellness activities, benefits fairs, and annual open enrollment activities.

- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field and/or equivalent experience
- Hands-on experience implementing a comprehensive benefits program within financial services
- Experience with and knowledge of international benefits
- Experience working effectively across levels of an organization

- Strong ownership and a track record of delivering results

Schonfeld Strategic Advisors is a multi-manager platform that invests its capital with Internal and Partner portfolio managers, primarily on an exclusive or semi-exclusive basis, across four trading strategies; quantitative, fundamental equity, tactical trading and discretionary macro & fixed income. We have created a unique structure to provide global portfolio managers with autonomy, flexibility and support to best enable them to maximize the value of their businesses.

We have developed and invested heavily in proprietary technology, infrastructure and risk analytics and continue to capitalize on new opportunities. In 2021 we launched our newest strategy, discretionary macro & fixed income as part of the continual growth of Schonfeld’s investible universe. Our portfolio exposure has expanded across the Americas, Europe and Asia as well as multiple asset classes and products.
The base pay for this role is expected to be between $150,000 and $200,000. The expected base pay range is based on information at the time this post was generated. This role may also be eligible for other forms of compensation such as a performance bonus and a competitive benefits package. Actual compensation for the successful candidate will be determined based on a variety of factors such as skills, qualifications, and experience.
